3. Payment Terms and No-Refund Policy

All participation fees must be paid in full before the start of the Program or Workshop unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the nature of digital content, live sessions, and program delivery:

• All payments are final.

• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to non-attendance, partial participation, or early withdrawal from the Program or any component event.

If you request personalized or one-on-one assistance beyond the scope of the Program, additional fees may apply. The rate will depend on the type and level of support required and will be communicated prior to delivery.
